进入1994年,广东的生产、建设、流通、消费各领域均保持了全面、稳定增长,整体经济形势基本正常。但应当看到,国民经济是在偏紧的宏观环境中运行的。自去年下半年开始,广东省经济运行已由扩张期转入收缩期,同时中央采取了一系列加强和改善宏观调控的措施,市场需求结构发生了变化,资金注入不足;加上财税、金融、外贸、投资、企业制度等多项改革措施出台,企业需要一个适应过程,经济运行中存在一些不稳定的因素。主要表
