要提高高中阶段英语教学的效果,提升学生的英语学习能力,必须和谐师生关系,增强教师的人格魅力;要转变教学思想,更新教学观念;不断丰富教学形式、教学过程,增强学生的学习兴趣。笔者结合对新课程标准的一些认识和自己的一些教学经验,对如何增进高中阶段英语教学效果,作出初步探讨。一、和谐师生关系,增强教师的人格魅力和谐的师生关系是保证英语课堂高质量教学的前提。教育首先应是温暖的、有人性味的,只有热爱学生、尊重学生,才能使师生心灵相通,才能使学生亲其师,而信其道
