在用于两种不同柴油机气缸盖的稳态气流装置中,用激光测速法测定了气缸内空气动力学的三维速度。 当速度变化相对恒定时,发现平均速度梯度大的复杂回流。 两个分矢量依次相加,可以对不同的气缸盖的气流特性加以迅速对比,同时可以和早先的热线风速仪及叶片风速仪测定法作比较。发现定向气道气缸盖产生两个主要的涡旋体,而铸造螺旋气道产生的气流近似于简单的刚体转动。
In steady-state airflow devices for two different diesel engine cylinder heads, the three-dimensional aerodynamic velocity in the cylinder was measured by laser speed measurement. When the velocity changes relatively constant, complex flow with large average velocity gradient is found. The two sub-vectors, in turn, add to a quick comparison of the airflow characteristics of the different cylinder heads and can be compared with earlier hot wire anemometers and anemometry. The directional airway cylinder head was found to produce two major vortices, whereas the air flow created by the cast spiral air duct approximated a simple rigid body rotation.
