累了休息,渴了喝水,有病求医……这是人们多年来形成的“生活习惯”,其实这并不是很科学的。因为人们固守“累了才休息,渴了才喝水,病了才求医”的生活模式,其结果往往是“亡羊补牢”,虽说不晚,但毕竟已给身体带来了危害。近年来,我国医学界有人倡导一种与人们的生活习惯相反的逆行养生法,即不累也休息、不渴也饮水、无便也入厕、无病也求医……实践证明,这是一种积极、主动的养生方法。
