目的 :研究溴氰菊酯对 3种不同基因型淡色库蚊的相对适合度。方法 :培养选育 3种不同基因型淡色库蚊 ,测定它们的产卵力、幼虫孵化率、蛹羽化率、成虫寿命、体重和性比 ,计算其种群参数。结果 :抗性品系 (RR)的产卵力、幼虫化蛹率和世代存活率均明显低于敏感品系 (SS) ;杂合子 (RS)的产卵力、幼虫化蛹率和世代存活率也高于RR ,与SS接近。雌雄成虫平均寿命均以SS最长 ,RS次之 ,RR最短。三品系性比差异无显著性 ,成虫体重RR和RS高于SS。种群参数中 ,SS的净增殖率R0 是RR的 2 .1倍 ,SS的内禀增长力rm 高于RS ,RS高于RR。结论 :淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后 ,相对适合度下降 ,与繁殖不利有关
Objective: To study the relative fitness of deltamethrin against Culex pipiens pallens in three different genotypes. Methods: Three different genotypes of Culex pipiens pallens were cultured and their oviposition ability, larval hatching rate, emergence rate of pupa, adult life, body weight and sex ratio were measured and their population parameters were calculated. Results: The oviposition ability, larval pupation rate and survival rate of the resistant lines were significantly lower than those of the susceptible lines (SS). The oviposition ability, larval pupation rate and survival rate of heterozygous (RS) Above RR, close to SS. The average life expectancy of both male and female were the longest SS, followed by RS, RR shortest. No significant difference was observed in the three lines between the two groups. The body weight of adult and RR were higher than that of SS. Among the population parameters, the net growth rate of SS was 2.1 times of that of SS. The intrinsic growth potential of SS was higher than that of RS and RS was higher than that of RR. Conclusion: Culex pipiens pallens resistance to deltamethrin decreased relative fitness and was associated with adverse reproductive
