利用热处理炉、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等,研究了不同常化温度和保温时间对热轧电工钢薄板显微组织的影响。结果表明,热轧板经常化处理后晶粒尺寸增大,再结晶晶粒的数量增多,带状组织减少,但组织和织构的类型没有发生较大变化;常化工艺1120℃/3 min可以保证试样表层组织均匀,沿板厚方向的显微组织的不均匀性分布显著,有利于材料进行二次再结晶;1120℃/3 min为最佳的常化工艺。
The effects of different normalizing temperature and holding time on the microstructure of hot rolled electrical steel sheets were studied by means of heat treatment furnace, optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the size of recrystallized grains increases and the number of recrystallized grains decreases while the hot-rolled sheets are normalized. However, there is no significant change in the types of texture and texture. The normalizing process is 1120 ℃ / 3 min Which can ensure the uniform microstructure of the sample surface and the uneven distribution of the microstructure along the thickness direction of the sample, which is favorable for the secondary recrystallization of the material; the best normalization process is 1120 ° C./3 min.
