农村人民公社社员、干部同志们、同志们:今天,省人民委员会召开广播动员大会,和大家谈一谈夏收工作问题。目前,陕南川道地区已经开始夏收,再过几天,关中地区也将从东到西陆续搭镰,紧张的夏收将要全面开始了。集中力量,做好夏收,是摆在我们面前一项最中心的战斗任务。今年夏收作物,经过大家的辛勤努力,大部胜过去年。整个夏收工作的特点是:小麦长势好,杆高穗大,加上,最近多雨,一部分麦子倒伏,每亩需工量将比去年增大;
