AD-1590是一具有新型化学结构的非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)。本文研究AD-1590对脂多糖(LPS)引起家兔发热的解热作用并与其他NSAIDs 进行比较,同时对人白细胞热原(LP)引起猴发热的解热作用进行了研究。
AD-1590 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with a novel chemical structure. In this paper, the antipyretic effect of AD-1590 on fever caused by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in rabbits was studied and compared with other NSAIDs. At the same time, the antipyretic effect of human leukocyte pyrogen (LP) on fever caused by monkeys was studied.
