鱼胆在我国民间有“明目、清热、平喘”之说,《本草纲目》载:“青鱼胆点暗目,涂热疮,消目赤肿痛……”故多有用各种鱼胆治病者;但鱼胆汁有剧烈毒性,能引起严重肝、肾和心脏损害,急性鱼胆中毒屡有报道。本文试图探讨中医辨证与病情分型相结合的治疗方法及机制。临床资料急性鱼胆中毒五例,其中男性三例,女性两例,年龄26岁至64岁。五例均系吞服生鱼胆治目疾,中毒症状出现时间最早为三小时,最晚八小时,症状、体征及实验室检查资料见另表。 Fish guts in China’s civil society have “membrane, heat, asthma,” said, “Compendium of Materia Medica” contains: “Salmon fish gallbladder dark spots, coated with hot sores, eyes red sore swelling ... ...” it is more useful for all kinds of fish Diseased persons; however, fish bile is highly toxic and can cause severe liver, kidney and heart damage. Acute fish bile poisoning has been reported frequently. This article attempts to explore the treatment methods and mechanisms of TCM syndrome differentiation and disease classification. Clinical data There were five cases of acute fish gall bladder poisoning, including three males and two females, aged 26 to 64 years. All five cases were swallowed raw fish gall disease, the earliest time of poisoning symptoms was three hours, the latest eight hours, symptoms, signs and laboratory examinations are shown in separate tables.
