[目的]了解大学生典型1周的膳食构成,以便提出大学生膳食营养的合理建议。[方法]2007年5月,对武汉市某高等学校4个年级276名大学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查276名大学生,1周内每天食用薯类、粗粮少于1次者分别占91.95%和97.46%,食用肉类食品少于1次的占80.08%,食用豆类食品少于1次的占93.22%,食用新鲜水果少于1次的占76.27%。[结论]武汉某高等学校大学生的膳食构成不够合理。
[Objective] To understand the typical 1-week dietary composition of undergraduates in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for college students dietary nutrition. [Method] In May 2007, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 276 undergraduates at a higher education institution in Wuhan. [Results] A total of 276 college students were enrolled in this study. They consumed 91.95% and 97.46% of the yams each day for less than 1 times in 1 week, 80.08% for those who consumed less than 1 times of meat products and less than 1% Accounting for 93.22%, eating 76.27% of fresh fruit less than once. [Conclusion] The diet composition of college students in a college in Wuhan is not reasonable enough.
