解放军西安政治学院是总政治部直属的一所重点中级指挥院校。1987年,开设了军队秘书专业,1993年2月,成立了文秘系,使军队秘书人才的培养开始走向正规化的道路。在深化改革、扩大开放、发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,军队秘书工作出现了哪些新情况、新问题?如何搞好秘书专业教学,培养适应市场经济和军队现代化建设需要的秘书人才?我们带着这些问题深入部队,重点调查了经济发达地区驻军的秘书部门。通过调查,我们对市场经济条件下军队秘书工作出现的新情况和新问题有了比较清楚的认识,对搞好秘书专业教学,培养军队秘书人才做到了胸中有数。
Xi’an Political Science and Technology Institute of the People’s Liberation Army is a key intermediate command institution directly under the General Political Department. In 1987, the military secretarial specialty was opened. In February 1993, a secretarial department was set up to make the training of military secretarial personnel begin to be standardized.
