一个时期以来,我国就业格局正在悄然发生着深刻的变化。在今后一个时期,这种变化还将继续。我把它归纳为五个转变:供给:从劳动力无限供给向有限供给转变。一方面,我们依然面临巨大的劳动力总量压力,至少在“十二五”期间甚至“十三五”还是如此。看不到这一点,我们就会对形势发生误判。另一方面也要看到,我国的劳动力供给确实正在逐步告别无限供给的时代,
