甘蓝型油菜角果及种子发育过程的研究

本研究用甘蓝型油菜(B.napus)华油8号为材料,标志主花序中部花朵开放时间,从开花后10天开始,每隔5天取样一次,测定角果长度、宽度、体积、表面积、鲜重、千粒重、含油量及脂肪酸组成.结果表明:角果长度在花后15天基本长足,而宽度在花后20天才接近定型。花后10~20天是角果体积和表面积急剧增长的时期,以后变化不大.角果鲜重在花后10~25天增加最快,25天达最大值。花后20天至成熟是千粒重和含油量增长最快的时期。芥酸在花后20天为1.056%,成熟时达40%,而亚油酸则相反,花后15天为43.7%,以后逐渐下降,成熟时为15.03%,其它脂肪酸也有规律地变化。 In this study, B. napus var. Huayou 8 was used as material to mark the opening time of flowers in the middle of the main inflorescence. Samples were taken every 10 days from the 10th day after flowering. The length, width, volume, surface area , Fresh weight, 1000-grain weight, oil content and fatty acid composition.The results showed that the length of pod basically remained long 15 days after anthesis, and the width was close to the final shape 20 days after anthesis. 10 ~ 20 days after anthesis is the period of sharp increase in volume and surface area of ​​pod fruit, and little change since then.The fresh weight of podocarp increased fastest from 10 to 25 days after anthesis, reached its maximum value on 25th day. Twenty days after flowering to maturity is the period when the 1000-grain weight and oil content increase most rapidly. Erucic acid was 1.056% at 20 days after anthesis, 40% at maturity, whereas linoleic acid was the opposite, 43.7% at 15 days after anthesis, then declining gradually, 15.03% at maturity, and other fatty acids also changed regularly.
