随着小康社会和和谐社会的进一步建设,县域经济在国民经济中的作用日趋重要。在知识经济和经济全球化的背景下,县域经济发展的关键取决于县域竞争优势,而国内外理论和实践的发展表明,产业集群是培育地方竞争优势的重要途径,因此研究如何利用产业集群发展县域经济,对县域经济乃至整个国家的产业竞争力的提高都有重要意义。论文主要按照理论概述、我国利用产业集群发展县域经济的问题、利用产业集群推动县域经济发展的对策措施这一思路来完成的。通过对产业集群和县域经济发展的相关理论与现实案例、数据等相结合来分析,得出了能使发达县更好的利用产业集群推动经济进一步发展的一系列方案措施。
