为认真贯彻落实《历史文化名城名镇名村保护条例》,促进国家历史文化名城和中国历史文化名镇名村保护工作,日前,住房城乡建设部、国家文物局决定开展国家历史文化名城、中国历史文化名镇名村(以下分别简称名城、名镇名村)保护工作检查。此次检查将对照《历史文化名城名镇名村保护条例》,重点检查保护范围及数量变化、历史文化街区、历史建筑、保护规划制定、保护规划实施、地方法规制定和国家专项补助资金使用情况7方面内容。
In order to conscientiously implement the “Regulations on the Protection of Famous Villages and Towns in Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and Towns” and the promotion of the protection of famous historical and cultural cities and famous and historic towns in China, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage decided to launch the "National Historical and Cultural Cities, Historical and cultural towns and villages (hereinafter referred to as the city, town name and village) protection work inspection. The inspection will be conducted in accordance with the Regulations on the Protection of Villages and Villages in Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and Towns, with emphasis on examining the scope and quantity of protection, historical and cultural blocks, historical buildings, protection planning, implementation of protection planning, formulation of local laws and regulations and the use of state-specific subsidies 7 aspects.
