周××男30岁住院号82—158。1982年7月18日上山砍柴,不慎被黄蜂蜇伤右耳后部,感疼痛难忍,半小时后昏倒在地,不省人事。3小时后呕吐、腹泻,先为水样便,后为血水样便;次数频烦。家属否认有过敏病史。伤后8小时,拟诊蜂毒过敏性休克及过敏性小肠炎收入某医院内科治疗。经治疗,患者于24小时神志清醒后,家属发现患者视物不清,2天后仍无好转。于7月21日转我科诊治。
