目的:为探讨骨质疏松症与NO、NOS的关系。方法:将20只14月龄雌性大鼠随机分成A、B两组,其中A组(10只)去势造成骨质疏松症模型,测定其血清中NO、NOS的变化,与正常假手术组(B)进行对照。结果:发现去势模型组NO、NOS水平明显低于正常假手术组(P<0.05)。结论:说明NO、NOS参与了骨质疏松症病理生理过程
Objective: To explore the relationship between osteoporosis and NO and NOS. Methods: 20 14-month-old female rats were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A (10 rats) castration induced osteoporosis model, serum NO and NOS levels were measured, compared with normal sham operation group (B) for comparison. Results: The levels of NO and NOS in castrated model group were significantly lower than those in normal sham operation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: NO and NOS are involved in the pathophysiological process of osteoporosis
