加强党的建设,需要有一个好的政治生态,净化政治生态,营造廉洁清正的从政环境,是全面从严治党的重要命题。当前,在少数党员领导干部身上还存在着风气不正、作风不实的现象,通过对这些现象的梳理,可以看出目前在政治生态方面存在的问题以及导致问题产生的原因。因此,要营造良好政治生态,首先,党员干部要坚守正确的理想信念;第二,要锤炼高尚的为政之德;第三,要保持实干兴邦的精神状态;第四,要恪守廉洁奉公的为政本色;第五,各级党组织要切实发挥战斗堡垒作用。
To strengthen party building requires a good political ecology, purifying political ecology and creating an honest and clean administration environment, which is an important proposition for the party to be fully and strictly controlled. At present, there are still unhealthy and unrealistic phenomena in the leading cadres of minority party members. By combing these phenomena, we can see the current problems in the political ecology as well as the causes of the problems. Therefore, in order to create a good political ecology, party members and cadres must first of all uphold the correct ideals and convictions; secondly, they should exercise moral virtues; third, they must maintain the state of mind through which they work hard and prosperous. Fourthly, they must abide by the principles of honesty and integrity Fifth, the party organizations at all levels must effectively play the role of a stronghold in fighting.
