中等会计专业培养的毕业生,主要是在中小企业或基层核算单位工作的具有全面素质和综合职业能力,能熟练运用记帐、算帐的基本方法和技能,具有较强实际操作能力的会计人员。如何按照社会需求,在以素质教育为基础,能力培养为主线的指导下,培养适应社会需求的中职会计专业人才很有必要。回顾多年来会计教学工作历程,我认为,要培养适合社会需求的中职会计人才可以从以下几个方面入手。
Graduates of secondary accounting major training, mainly in the SME or grass-roots accounting units work with a comprehensive quality and comprehensive professional ability to be proficient in accounting, basic accounting methods and skills, accounting personnel with strong practical ability . In accordance with the needs of society, under the guidance of taking quality education as the basis and ability cultivation as the main line, it is necessary to cultivate professional accounting professionals who adapt to society’s needs. Recalling the accounting teaching process over the years, I think, to cultivate suitable for the social needs of secondary accounting personnel can start from the following aspects.
