为了保证建筑物及建筑群内设备的安全正常运行与监控,国外在五六十年代就出现了楼宇自动化管理系统,简称BAS(Building Automation System)。 楼宇自动化系统的实际运行,不但解决了人工简单重复的操作监控及设备故障报告和记录打印的工作,而且由于这套计算机自动化系统参与功能,使设备达到最经济,最优化的运行,其高效节能与设备智能化管理给社会创造出很高效益。
