2008年7月1日,纽约成为第一个餐饮业全面封杀反式脂肪酸的美国城市。至此,美国纽约全面禁售含反式脂肪酸食品的法令生效,所有含反式脂肪酸的食品依令从各家餐饮企业菜单上消失。纽约卫生部门说:“所有供餐,包括烘焙食品、油炸食品、方便食品、含起酥油或人造黄油食品,每份反式脂肪酸含量必须低于0.5克……”研究显示,反式脂肪酸可能提高人体内“坏”胆固醇水平、阻塞动脉、增加患心血管疾病风险。随着饮食方式的不断西化,反式脂肪酸早已深入了中国人的生活,并在人们的一日三餐中被广泛使用,为了自身的健康,对反式脂肪酸,我们需要时刻警惕着!
