1 病例报告患者女,62岁。因右上腹包块2个月于1997—11—24入院。查体:右上腹触及约6.5cm×5.0cm×4.0cm 包块,表面光滑,界限清楚,无触痛,活动度良好。其余无异常发现。B 超示:胰头上方见5.3cm×4.4cm×3.5cm 无回声暗区,其内可见回声影。临床诊断:胰腺囊腺瘤,拟行胰头部肿物切除术。术中见胰头上方一灰褐色近球形囊性肿物,质较韧,周围无肿大淋巴结。将肿物完整切除,送病理检查。肉眼见肿物5.0cm×4.3cm×
1 case report female patient, 62 years old. The right upper quadrant mass was admitted to the hospital between 1997 and 11-24. Physical examination: The right upper quadrant touched about 6.5cm x 5.0cm x 4.0cm mass, the surface was smooth, the boundary was clear, there was no tenderness, and the activity was good. No abnormalities were found in the rest. B super-show: see 5.3cm × 4.4cm × 3.5cm above the pancreatic head without echo dark area, which can be seen echo shadow. Clinical diagnosis: pancreatic cystadenoma, intended for pancreatic head mass resection. See a gray-brown near-spherical cystic mass above the head of the pancreas.
