案情：从被判死刑到无罪释放2001年11月9日上午,武鸣县锣圩镇罗福村4组年近六旬的农妇潘荣英及其3岁的孙子邓群在卧室被杀害。经排查,警方发现同村的邓立强有作案嫌疑,遂对涉嫌盗窃已被行政拘留的邓立强进行了审讯。2001年11月27日,武鸣县公安局以涉嫌故意杀人对邓立强进行刑事拘留,同年12月30日,邓立强被执行逮捕,并羁押在武鸣县看守所。
The case: From the sentence of death to acquittal On the morning of November 9, 2001, Pan Rongying, peasant wife of 4 groups of nearly 60 in Luofu Village, Gongwei Town, Wuming County, and his grandson, Deng Qun, were killed in the bedroom on the morning of November 9, 2001. After investigation, the police found Deng Liqiang suspected of committing the crime in the same village and subsequently conducted a trial on Deng Liqiang, who had been detained for administrative detention on suspicion of theft. On November 27, 2001, Wuming County Public Security Bureau criminalized Deng Liqiang on suspicion of intentional murder. On December 30 of the same year, Deng Liqiang was arrested and detained in the Wuming County Detention Center.
