乳腺癌组织细胞ER与PR阳性率的高低,直接影响乳腺癌术后的内分泌治疗效果.因此被认为是一种乳腺癌的预后因子.我科对1993年10月~1995年11月间手术切除的315例乳腺癌组织,使用葡聚糖活性炭饱和放射免疫分析检测法,进行了ER与PR的测定.并对其阳性率与各种乳腺癌病理分类,年龄、病期等多种预后因子之间的关联性进行了对比研究.同时,与98例乳腺良性肿瘤组织的ER,PR的阳性率进行了对比分析.
The positive rate of ER and PR in breast cancer tissue cells directly affects the effect of endocrine therapy after breast cancer surgery. Therefore, it is considered to be a prognostic factor for breast cancer. Our department performed surgical resection between October 1993 and November 1995. In 315 cases of breast cancer, ER and PR were measured using a dextran-activated carbon saturated radioimmunoassay method. The positive rate and various breast cancer pathological classifications, age, stage, and other prognostic factors The correlation between the two groups was compared. At the same time, the positive rates of ER and PR in 98 cases of benign breast tumors were analyzed and compared.
