探讨双水平无创正压通气(BiPAP)对煤工尘肺(CWP)合并呼吸衰竭的治疗作用。结果表明,BiPAP在CWP合并呼吸衰竭的治疗中依从性强,可解除呼吸肌疲劳,明显改善通气,缩短住院天数,降低病死率。
To investigate the therapeutic effect of bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (BiPAP) on coal worker’s pneumoconiosis (CWP) with respiratory failure. The results showed that BiPAP has strong compliance in the treatment of CWP combined with respiratory failure, which can relieve respiratory muscle fatigue, significantly improve ventilation, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the mortality.
