再灌注心律失常(reperfusionarrhythmia)是临床上一种严重的并发症,常发生于冠脉血栓溶解、冠脉血管成形术、冠脉搭桥术和冠脉痉挛缓解后的患者。它可能是心脏猝死的主要原因。因此,在心血管疾病研究领域已引起高度重视,一些学者巳进行预防再灌注心律失常的动物实验研究。尽管对再灌注心律失常巳提出多种可能的发生机理(如折返和自律性升高等电生理机理,以及生化改变和离子平衡紊乱等影响因素),但近年来自由基(free radical)与再灌注心律失常关系的研究日益增多,并取得一定的进展。
