垂钓是老少皆宜的一项十分有益的户外运动。在旷野的湖边垂钓,沁人肺腑的清新空气,葱绿的树叶,柔和的日光照射,以及微吹拂的和风等等,无不使人赏心悦目。同时,钓者肩背篓、手操竿,步出郊外三五里或骑车远钓,这本身就是一种较好的体育锻炼(称钓前运动)。垂钓之际,眼、脑、神专注于水面浮漂的动静,意识完全潜默在鱼漂的一抖一动的意境之中,这时,一小部分的脑神经在运动,大部分充分休息。这就是起到了调节、放松、消除疲劳的作用。物别是一旦有尾欢蹦乱跳的鱼儿被钓出水,心里就别提多高兴啦!有人说:“吃鱼哪有钓鱼乐,乐在其中无法说,身体康健百日钓,老叟此时最快活。”什么烦恼不快,完全被活鲜鲜的鱼儿抖掉了。正如有人说的:“垂钓可以解乏、清肺、养
