1995年2月6日至17日在瑞士日内瓦ITU总部召开了本研究期(1993～1996)ITU—TSG15中期会议。参加会议的有来自31个国家的21个电信主管部门(77人),27个认可的电信运营公司(151人),56个科学或工业组织(156人),2个国家组织(4人),以及ITU—T顾问等共389人。中国派出了7人专家组参加了本次会议。提交本次会议审议的文件有R报告14份,白色文稿49份,迟到文稿162份,各工作组及全会临时文件427份。
The interim ITU-TSG15 meeting for this study period (1993-1996) was held at the ITU Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, from February 6 to February 17, 1995. Twenty-one telecommunication administrations (77), 27 accredited telecommunication operators (151), 56 scientific or industrial organizations (156), 2 national organizations (4), representatives from 31 countries, , And a total of 389 ITU-T consultants. China sent a group of seven experts attended the meeting. The documents submitted for consideration at this meeting were 14 reports of R, 49 white documents, 162 late contributions and 427 temporary documents of all working groups and plenary sessions.
