沈阳陶瓷厂硅磚車間生产玻璃熔窑用的硅磚,形状复杂,磚坯大而重,干燥比較困难。用火炕或自然干燥,不但干燥时間长,托板周转慢,而且废品多。采用电干燥,就可大大縮短干燥时間,加快托板的周轉;提高磚坯的干燥质量。如30—60公斤硅磚用自然干燥,需14—28天;自然干燥加火炕干燥需7—2l天;而电干燥加火炕干燥,只需4—7天。
The silicon brick workshop of Shenyang Ceramics Factory produces silica bricks for glass melting furnaces. The shape is complex, and the bricks are large and heavy, and drying is difficult. Drying with fire or natural drying not only results in a long drying time, but also slow turnover of pallets and waste. By using electric drying, the drying time can be greatly shortened and the turnover of the pallets can be accelerated; the drying quality of the bricks can be improved. Such as 30-60 kilograms of silica bricks with natural dry, takes 14-28 days; natural drying plus fire konjac drying takes 7-2l days; and electrical drying plus fire pods dry, only 4-7 days.
