目的比较超重肥胖组与正常组青少年的部分认知功能,为科学评价超重肥胖对青少年相关功能的影响提供基础数据。方法采用方便抽样方法,共抽取绍兴、嵊州87名中学生,并依据体质量指数(BMI)进行肥胖程度划分。用韦氏智力量表测试60~70 min作为脑力活动负荷,负荷前后分别进行Stroop测验。结果体重正常组36名,超重肥胖组51名;平均年龄(13.75±0.74)岁。脑力活动负荷后超重肥胖组的点耗时数高于正常组(t=2.520,P<0.05)。超重肥胖组脑力负荷后色耗时数低于脑力负荷前(t=2.475,P<0.05)。正常组点耗时数、字耗时数和色耗时数脑力负荷后均低于脑力负荷前(t值分别为3.658,4.328,3.629,P值均<0.05)。结论超重和肥胖在脑力负荷后可影响Stroop实验认知耗时。
Objective To compare the partial cognitive functions between overweight and obesity group and normal group adolescents and provide the basic data for scientifically evaluating the influence of overweight and obesity on the related functions of adolescents. Methods A total of 87 middle school students in Shaoxing and Shengzhou were recruited by convenient sampling method, and their obesity was divided according to body mass index (BMI). Wechsler mental scale test with 60 ~ 70 min as a mental activity load, before and after the load Stroop test. Results 36 normal weight group, overweight and obesity group 51; mean age (13.75 ± 0.74) years old. The time spent on the overweight and obesity after mental activity overload was higher than that of the normal group (t = 2.520, P <0.05). Over-weight and obese group after the mental load time-consuming color was lower than before mental stress (t = 2.475, P <0.05). The time spent in normal group, the number of words consumed and the number of hours lost in color after mental stress were all lower than those before mental stress (t = 3.658, 4.328, 3.629, P <0.05 respectively). Conclusion Overweight and obesity can affect the cognition time-consuming of Stroop experiment after mental stress.
