咸阳亚华电子电器厂是一个科技型民营企业,1992年10月成立于陕西咸阳。公司主要致力于为电力机车上配套的大功率线绕电阻器和过电压吸收器的研制和生产。经过十多年的发展,现已成为电子器件行业中的一个明星企业,现有职工人数60人．工程技术人员20名,其中高级职称工程技术人员8名。咸阳亚华电子电器厂的品牌以高品质、高可靠性在电力机车行业中得到广泛认可。工厂成立之初．主要生产电力机车上用的MY-S电压抑制器。随后则主要致力于大功率线绕电阻器和过电压吸收器的开发和生产。1993年研制的MYG过电压吸收器主要用于株州电力机车厂电力机车中的过电压保护。1995年又自主开发了专利产品RXG800A铝外壳大功率线绕电阻器,用于韶山6型电力机
