主权对于一个国家的维护自身独立发展及提高自身发展的重要依靠点,一个国家对于主权的维护严格的显示了这个国家在世界上的民族地位及对民族自信心的维护。近些年来,在我国南海领域的海洋归属权的问题演化的日趋激烈,其中以钓鱼岛的归属问题最为严重。本文写作的关键就是对钓鱼岛为主要的写作方向对南海诸岛的归属问题进行简要的论述,并在对海船在南海领域的安全行驶对于国家主权的作用进行简要的论述。
Sovereignty For a country’s important point of reliance on safeguarding its own independent development and enhancing its own development, the safeguarding of sovereignty by a country shows strictly the nation’s national status in the world and the preservation of national self-confidence. In recent years, the issue of maritime ownership in the area of South China Sea has become increasingly fierce. Among them, the question of ownership of the Diaoyu Islands is the most serious. The key point of this thesis is to briefly explain the ownership of the South China Sea islands to Diaoyu Island as the main direction of writing and to briefly discuss the role of safe driving of the sea vessels in the South China Sea for the national sovereignty.
