本文简述铁道车辆零部件无损探伤的方法,认为涡流探伤能进一步扩大无损检测的范围。文中指出,采用涡流探伤需解决的主要技术关键。着重介绍了苏联涡流探伤仪的主要技术性能,以及在实践中所取得的效果。
This article briefly describes the method of non-destructive testing of railway vehicle components, and considers eddy current testing can further expand the scope of non-destructive testing. The article pointed out that the use of eddy current testing to solve the main technical key. The main technical performance of the eddy current flaw detector in the Soviet Union is introduced emphatically, and the result obtained in practice is also given.
