农村干部是整个干部队伍中基础性的一支队伍,是干部队伍中十分重要的组成部份,也是县域经济和社会各项事业发展和稳定的生力军。这支队伍的素质和能力如何直接关系到整个干部队伍的素质和形象,关系到中国特色社会主义事业的成败。为此,针对目前农村干部素质存在的一些问题,结合当前农村工作的基本情况必须从四个方面提高素质。 The cadres in the countryside are a basic contingent in the cadre ranks, a very important part of the ranks of cadres, and a vital force for the development and stability of the economic and social undertakings in the county.
