一、前言在硫酸生产中,由于介质温度的变化、强腐蚀性以及环境气体中的酸雾、矿尘等影响,给硫酸液面的检测带来了许多困难。目前国内大部分硫酸厂都采用浮标式液面计,它不仅检测精度低、操作人员劳动强度大,而且不能远传,为此我们研制了DG—DBH型电感式液面计。该液面计的输出为0～10mA直流标准信号,可以与DDZ—Ⅱ型仪表配套使用。经一年多现场应用考核,证明安装调校方便、性能稳定可靠、测量精度
I. Introduction In the production of sulfuric acid, due to the change of the medium temperature, the strong corrosiveness and the influence of acid mist and dust in the ambient gas, it brings many difficulties to the testing of the sulfuric acid level. At present, most of the domestic sulfuric acid plants are buoy-type liquid level meter, which not only low detection accuracy, the operator labor-intensive, and can not be further away, for which we have developed DG-DBH inductive liquid level gauge.
