很多人起床时会把闹钟定得很早,被叫醒后再抓紧时间睡个回笼觉。但近日美国《预防》杂志指出,闹钟响过几次后才起床的人,醒来后反而更不清醒。闹钟反复响会打乱正常睡眠周期。闹钟响时人体可能处于深睡眠时期,此时大脑比较疲劳,醒来后不太清醒。闹钟响过几次后再起床,容易导致睡眠质量不好,而且再次入睡后不一定能完成一个完整的睡眠周期。如此反复,人体并未完成正常的睡眠周期,完全有导致起床后不清醒的可能。
