In developing countries, as the starting point and the base increase, it is normal for economic growth to slow down. It is not an inherent problem of “middle income” or “trap.” At least China has never experienced it. Although China has consciously lowered its growth rate since the beginning of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan”, it actually exceeded the planned or planned expectations. The economy has no need to pursue competitive leapfrog development. What is important is sustained, steady and rapid development. At present, the “black hole” in the high-income countries that swallowed tremendous wealth is the greatest danger to the global economy. Now the biggest challenge to the global economy is not how to expand wealth production but how to rationally distribute the existing wealth so as to enhance the shared well-being of all people and all mankind. Economics should reflect on how best to allocate wealth. Compatibility is one of the ways out.
