高等职业院校是为国家培养符合时代要求的高素质的专门人才的地方,要求培养出来的学生不仅要具有现代科学技术的专业知识和专业技能,还应有较高的法律意识和法律素质。当前高职学生法律意识培养中存在法制教育的认识和定位存在偏差等一些问题。要求我们从改革法制教育的定位出发,去培养高职院校学生的法律意识,为我国的法制化进程和全民法律意识的提高做贡献。
Higher vocational colleges are the places where national high-quality specialized talents that meet the requirements of the times are cultivated. Students who are trained should not only possess the professional knowledge and professional skills of modern science and technology, but also have higher legal awareness and legal qualifications. At present, there are some problems in understanding and positioning of legal education in the cultivation of legal awareness of higher vocational students. It is required that we start from reforming the orientation of legal education and cultivate the legal awareness of students in higher vocational colleges so as to contribute to the legalization of our country and the improvement of legal awareness of all citizens.
