维生素Ｂ１２膏剂治疗皮肤损伤和口腔溃疡有效，且临床应用有明显的镇痛作用。本实验拟探讨它对痛觉过敏区，尤其是对炎症引起的疼痛反应是否有镇痛效应。应用机械刺激装置测定大鼠创伤周围痛觉过敏区在应用维生素Ｂ１２膏剂前后的痛阈改变并作空白对照。结果发现维生素Ｂ１２膏剂明显地恢复了痛觉过敏区的痛阈，从而表明维生素Ｂ１２膏剂对痛觉过敏区有明显镇痛作用。
Vitamin B12 paste treatment of skin lesions and oral ulcers effective, and clinical application of significant analgesic effect. This experiment is to investigate whether it has an analgesic effect on the hyperalgesia area, especially on the inflammatory response caused by inflammation. The mechanical stimulation device was used to measure the change of pain threshold before and after the application of vitamin B12 in the hyperalgesia area around the trauma and to make a blank control. As a result, it was found that vitamin B12 ointment significantly restored the pain threshold in the hyperalgesic area, indicating that vitamin B12 ointment had a significant analgesic effect on hyperalgesic area.
