近几年来,烟台市乡镇企业发展中出现了一种引人注目的新趋势——异地办企业,“体外”求发展。全市乡镇企业已兴办异地企业160多家,其中去年以来兴办的达120家,这些企业共投资约8亿元,平均每个企业500万元,其中投资i000万元以上的项目22个;经营领域涉及一、二、三各个产业,兴办方式有独资、合资、联营、股份制和承包、租赁等各种形式,投资地域扩大到十几个省市区和省内的青岛、济南等地,并在俄罗斯、美国、德国、新加坡、香港、莫桑比克等国家和地区建起了14处海外企业。去年这些企业约创产值6亿元,利税8000万元,今年这两项指标将分别增长一倍以上。
