Objective To observe the changes of early electrocardiogram (KD) in children with Kawasaki disease and its implication of coronary artery lesion. Methods Totally 77 children with Kawasaki disease were observed. In the early onset of echocardiography and ECG testing, in the subacute ECG and echocardiography to do the test, the coronary artery lesions in children as the observation group, children without coronary lesions as a control group . Electrocardiographic changes of early coronary lesions in both groups were compared. Results 77 cases of this group of children in the early onset of ultrasound has not changed ECG abnormalities have occurred, of which the main manifestations of sinus tachycardia and ST-T changes, including obvious arrhythmia accounted for 50%. Conclusion Early application of electrocardiogram to detect myocardial damage in children with Kawasaki disease, and prompted the damage of coronary artery has important significance.
