My name is rare earth, so it’s a mistake if you understand me as the name suggests. I am not the kind of concrete used in construction, nor the soil that nourishes everything. I, like gold, silver, copper, iron and tin, are metals. Speaking of names, so far I still feel some grievances. When people found me in the 18th century, I did not know the true colors of my hometown, just because my color and appearance looked very much like “earth”, and with very few discoveries, it was not easy to extract it from the ore so people gave me Named “rare earth” - scarce soil, has been extended until now.
