两个预测 (1)2001年全年首发新股上网申购收益率测算为16％左右(上半年已完成约6％)。随着国有股减持方案的出台,除增发新股外,国企大盘股也将陆续登场,新股发行筹资有可能再度出现高潮。 (2)2001年下半年将全面推行新股发行核准制,针对上网定价发行、法人配售以及可能实行的上网竞价发行等发行方式和定价策略。
