埋入式盐浴炉炉膛构筑方法常见的有三种,各有优缺点。一种是整体用耐火砖砌制,用磷酸混凝土泥浆做粘结剂。此法寿命较长,但易漏盐。第二种是用磷酸混凝土筑制,该法简易,但由于用金属做炉膛模子,成本较高,且拔模后炉膛内壁有松塌现象,不易修补,严重影响炉膛光洁度,使用时经不起盐浴冲击。第三种是采用磷酸混凝土和耐火砖混合构筑,但不能完满解决开裂和浮砖的问题。
