近年来,我省各级劳动保障部门积极组织开展社区就业工作,通过抓试点,建机制,探索出许多行之有效的做法和经验,为进一步推进社区就业工作打下了坚实基础。组织开展社区就业试点。我省除定福州、厦门、南平市列为全国社区就业重点联系城市外还确定在福州、厦门、漳州、莆田、三明、南平、龙岩市选择3个区、6个街道、2个社区启委会作为省级试点单位,通过抓试点,总结经验,发挥试点示范作用,推动各地社区就业工作开展。在省定社区就业试点的基础上,许多设区市还确定本级试点,如:福州市挑选了25个新整合的社区居委会,作为该市社区就业示范点,统一挂牌,统一规范运作,为该市全面推进社区就业工作创造十分有利的条件。

On the basis of provincial pilot programs on employment in the community, many prefectures and districts have also set their own pilot projects at their own level. For example, Fuzhou City has selected 25 newly integrated community residents' committees as the demonstration sites for community employment in the city, unifying them and standardizing their operations The city comprehensively promote the employment of the community to create very favorable conditions.
