本文对缝管式锚杆的受力情况进行了分析和简化,建立了一个较为简单的力学模型,并在此基础上编制了计算缝管式锚杆握裹力的 BASIC 语言程序。运用该程序计算的缝管式锚杆的握裹力值与现场实测的握裹力值基本吻合。在该程序的基础上所做的缝管式锚杆的锚杆参数对其握裹力的影响分析与现有的实测结果具为良好的一致性。缝管式锚杆是由美国密苏里州罗拉的斯各特(J·J·Scott)博士于1973年发明的。由于它构造简单,易于加工,变形性能良好,适用于可能产生较大位移的中等或软弱岩层,目前,在我国矿山特别是金属矿山、交通、水利等部门得到了较为广泛的应用。
This paper analyzes and simplifies the force condition of the seam tube bolt, establishes a simpler mechanical model, and on this basis, formulates the BASIC language program for calculating the bond strength of the seam tube bolt. The value of the grip force of the seam pipe anchor calculated by this program is basically consistent with the measured grip force value at the site. Based on the program, the effect of the bolt parameters of the seam pipe anchor on its grip strength is in good agreement with the existing actual measurement results. The tubular anchor was invented in 1973 by Dr. J. Scott from Rolla, Missouri, USA. Due to its simple structure, easy processing and good deformation performance, it is suitable for medium or soft rock formations that may produce large displacements. At present, it has been widely applied in mines, especially metal mines, transportation, and water conservancy departments.
