苯巴比妥(Phenobarbital,PB)、苯妥英钠(DiPhenylhydantoin,DPH)是两种最常用的抗癫痫药。其药理作用与药物血浓度密切相关;而达最适有效血浓度所需剂量又有很大的个体差异,因此,药物血浓度监测在合理的抗癫痫治疗中起重要作用。目前,国外已应用先进的高压液相色谱、放射免疫及酶免疫分析法来监测抗癫痫药物血浓度,从而使癫痫的临床控制率由50%提高到80%。为适应临床的迫切需要,结合现有条件,我们首先在国内应用紫外分光光度法它与色谱法结果相一致。
Phenobarbital (PB) and DiPhenylhydantoin (DPH) are the two most commonly used antiepileptic drugs. Its pharmacological effects are closely related to the blood concentration of the drug. However, the dose required to reach the most effective blood concentration has a great individual difference. Therefore, monitoring the blood concentration of the drug plays an important role in the rational anti-epileptic treatment. At present, foreign countries have applied advanced high pressure liquid chromatography, radioimmunoassay and enzyme immunoassay to monitor the blood concentration of antiepileptic drugs, so that the clinical control rate of epilepsy increased from 50% to 80%. In order to meet the urgent need of clinical, combined with the existing conditions, we first use UV spectrophotometry in the domestic and its consistent with the results of chromatography.
