In the first 10 years, the country’s industrial and agricultural production has been declining year by year, the economic situation has deteriorated and the people’s living standard has dropped. Real estate is no exception, supply and demand decline. However, as a result of a series of reform measures taken by the government headed by Nastasele over the past three years, the economy has started to recover and people’s lives are on track. As the economy rebounds, real estate in Romania is also beginning to get hotter.
