在水溶液中用脲调pH值,均相沉淀制备了单一尺寸氧化镐超细粉末。研究了沉淀温度、保温时间、镐离子浓度、脲浓度、阴离子介质对单一尺寸氧化镐超细粉末的影响。在特定条件下制备了粒径为0.04μm的单一尺寸氧化镐超细粉末。
In the aqueous solution with urea to adjust the pH value, homogeneous precipitation of a single size of the oxide pickaxe ultrafine powder. The effects of the precipitation temperature, holding time, the concentration of the ion, the concentration of the urea and the anion medium on the ultrafine powders of single size of oxide ho are studied. Under certain conditions, a single-size ultrafine oxide powder with a particle size of 0.04μm was prepared.
