经皮肺活检对渗断肺外围性病变,尤其是周围型肺癌有着重要的临床价值。我院内科自1983年以来对63例病人进行了此种检查,现报告如下: 材料与方法病历选择:凡距离胸壁3～4cm以内的肺周边肿块或浸润性病变,而经x线,痰脱落细胞,纤维支气管镜肺活检及局部肺灌洗细胞学检查仍不能确诊者,病人又无浅表淋巴结肿大,无出凝血机能异常或心肺功能障阻,无肺动脉高压及穿刺局部无肺大泡者,
